This is something I made with the GIMP.
It shows my political ideas...
Many people associate anarchism with chaos and destruction,
But it actually is living your own live, without a government in control of your life.

thank you for helping put a little bit more honor back into the name of Anarchy. They tell us to love freedom and yet when we search for true freedom they call us evil chaotic despots! People who want to destroy the lives of people and watch everything burn. may anarchy come about as it intends to end, with peace, solidarity, and freedom. thank you again.
Anarchy is a viable social alternative - we're just not ready to accept it yet. We need to promote democracy (true democracy, not representation!) and self-sufficiency first. I would recommend people look at the worker-occupied factories in Argentina and the democratizing effect they've had on the communities around them; I doubt many of these people would call themselves "anarchists", but a social shift toward anarchy is precisely what they've kick-started. With any luck, when "the revolution", nobody will even mention anarchy or anarchism.
Woah, you did that in the GIMP!? Meh, maybe I'm just too used to Fireworks to get used to the GIMP.
Anyway, I agree with your message, freedom is a right not a privilege, but anarchism is impractical. I know that anarchy is not inherently mass violence and riots, but that is what an anarchist society would turn into. I agree that Anarchism is an ideal, yet it just wouldn't work. Thats why I settle for Libertarianism.
it worked in Catalonia for a little while in the 1930's before gov troops went in I think, Communism only failed because Soviet Union didn't trade a lot, and weighed to much on oil exports, and China was not a big economic power, though China has lost caring for many of the poor > but I think Communism can work if we diversify in Economy, and be willing to change what does not work, The Poor, The Weak, and The Workers Must be protected more then the Rich Billionaries, Here in America they are about to pass a law that would protect tax cuts on the rich, > think man think
Except for the majority of far-left-wing uprisings, which usually ended up with anarchist institutions and worked very well until they were crushed by the stronger Stalinists, Bourgeois, or Fascists. For example, see the Paris Commune, Anarchist Spain, Prague Spring, May 1968, and Chiapas. Anarchism actually does tend to work very well, it just keeps getting overthrown externally. As soon as effective ways can be found to defend it from state-driven external attacks, we can win.
